Where do you ship from?
We ship from Europe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express ,Apple Pay, Vipps ;MobilePay).
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holiday and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.
What if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received items that are incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and all related references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank to inquire about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
